David J. Cook – Senior Vice President of Operations
Mr. Cook has over 37 years of experience in banking, real estate finance and equipment financing, and served as Chairman/CEO of American Federal Bancorp; Chairman of the Board, South Pacific Bancorp and South Coast Bancorp for the 1990’s into the early 2000’s; Senior Vice President, Regency Funding and Mortgage Corporations in 1980’s.
He came out of 8-year retirement a few years ago because of an excellent opportunity with ANFG Lending Group, Inc. (division of AMEX). His Leadership and Years of experience helps contribute to the success of their affiliate Capital Finance Partner Inc. With this much depth and experience with the connections he has made over the years, it is hard to think why you would go anywhere else.
Mr. Cook has consulted to Regional Banks, has been asked to speak at many conventions with commercial banks, savings and loans, institutional lenders and major business associations. He is the author of numerous trade publication articles. His education includes a B.A.in Business from California State College in Fullerton, California and an MBA from UCLA. He resides in Morro Bay, California.
Patrick Enright – Vice President of Lending
Mr. Enright has always had a strong passion to assist businesses in prospering, growing and expanding in these difficult financial times. While interest rates are at historic lows, businesses, especially small and medium size, have a difficult, if not impossible time getting access to the capital they need to prosper. He has worked closely with businesses to reduce the paperwork and to get loans approved that banks will not, or cannot, fund. With his in depth understanding of public policy, he is particularly adept at assisting businesses in navigating regulatory issues relative to land use, real estate development, energy and environmental law. Finally his extensive legal and financial experience allows him to reduce the time to get a loan approved and assist in the permit process.
Earned his JD at the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law after receiving BS in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance from Penn State. A member of the California State Bar.
